Strengthen team cohesion strengthen
Good processes matter, and clear responsibilities do too. But if you want to strengthen team cohesion, you need something else: people who stand up for one another.
For over 20 years, I ran the STOCK resort in Tyrol with my family. That’s where I learned: a company works together only as well as the people who keep it running every day.

Collaboration or cohesion?
In day-to-day work, processes interlock and everyone knows their tasks. That’s collaboration.
It gets interesting when things get stressful and everyone is needed at the same time. That’s when you see whether people are just working together or truly sticking together. Whether someone steps in, even when it’s not their job.
Strengthen team cohesion: What you can do
You can’t order cohesion. But you can do something to make it happen.
People come together when they meet as human beings. For that, they need shared moments away from their daily tasks—moments where hierarchy takes a break.
If you’ve had a real laugh with a colleague, you’ll write your next email to her differently. That’s how trust is built. And trust carries a team through any stressful phase.
Experience team spirit: the WE ARE ONE Energy Break
With the WE ARE ONE Energy Break, I create exactly those kinds of moments. A team event for employees where everyone joins in: you laugh together and get to know each other from a different side through music, rhythm, and movement.
Instead of yet another talk about teamwork, you experience teamwork firsthand.
When people laugh, experience, and pitch in together, something emerges that no meeting and no briefing can replace.
What frequency is your team on right now?
I like to ask: “What frequency are you on right now?” Ask your team that question too.
Are you in sync, or is each department broadcasting on its own channel? The easiest way to find a shared frequency is through shared experiences.
